*Fantastic episode! The show went along at a great pace, there was lots of excitement, lots of strange occurences, the contestants were great, Bob interacted well with the contestants. almost $300,000 was given away (including five cars), the Showcases were fantastic and there was $1,000 winner in the second Showcase Showdown.
*Five Pricing Games were won tonight. *Five Price Tags: Very, very easy (I never knew this game could be easy). The small prizes were a cinch, and there was only three logical prices for the corevette since $59,723 seemed too expensive and $43,550 seemed to low. *Dice Game: Stupid unlucky rolling ruining a perfect show. Oh well, I guess you can't win them all. *One Right Price: Wow! What a nice surprise! A Pricing Game hasn't been played for two cars since the 30th season premiere, when Switch? received the honour. What's even better is that, unlike Switch? this time both cars were won! *Easy As 1-2-3: I was kind of surprised Bob seemed so shocked when the price of the power tools was revealed; like he thought Ashley had lost. *Incredible Showcases! Both were very nice and very expensive! It's about time Price had a $100,000 Showcase. *Talk about a huge budget! No Pricing Game offered less than $11,000, no Item Up For Bids offered less than $2,799 and both Showcases were worth more than $97,000. *I was really happy to see that they switched things up and played Five Price Tags, Dice Game, Dice Game, One Right Price and Easy As 1-2-3, four games that were not played in the last three specials, or in last year's primetime specials! *The small prize and grocery item game had already been played by the second segment. Weird. *Some things don't change in nighttime: people still overbid on motorcycles and motorbikes. |
