 Comments

*Superb show. Simply superb. Plinko was played for $100,000, Grand Game was played for $20,000 and someone could have won $101,000 in the Showcase Showdown. Cover Up was played for a $26,000 car and Three Strikes was played for a $51,000 Cadillac. Finally, instead of playing boring Double Prices as Squeeze Play, they played the more interesting Switch? and Push Over. However, it wasn't just the increased budget that made this show so great. Four pricing games were won, $21,000 was won in Plinko, $7,000 was given away in the Showcase Showdowns, Bob was in a great mood and the contestants were fun and were a nice change of pace from the college students. In other words, you can't get much better than tonight's episode!
*The only negative aspects that I can think of tonight's episode is Bob's lack of interaction with the contestants due to time constraints.
*Plinko: Sharon won the small prizes that were never used of the show before, but couldn't win the carpet cleaning kit. Weird.
*Three Strikes: You know it's a special episode when Three Strikes is played for a more expensive car than usual.
*Cover Up: The hardest game of the night. Having two sixes in the price of the car was very sneaky.
*What was with the new graphics? Three Strikes had once again a new "No" graphic, and the cash graphics were either too small or too big.
*They've been using that folding triangular trailer a lot lately.
*Congratulations to Bob Barker for winning a Daytime Emmy for Best Game Show Host.
