*What a great first half. Cover Up and Check-Out were both won! I didn't think that was possible. The second half was almost a disaster. Squeeze Play, Punch-A-Bunch and Card Game were all lost. Lukily, we ended with a $6,000 win in the Showcase Showdown and we had a $31,000+ Showcase winner.
*Last year, when Card Game was played for cheap cars, it was 4-14. This year it's being played for more expensive cars. It's record? 1-5.
*In Punch-A-Bunch, does anyone fall for the trick when a contestant quits and Bob gets all upset after looking in one of the unused holes? It's almost always a small amount.
*Why were there Christmas trees behind the Ford Escort? Was it a reminder that Christmas is coming?
