After winning the $25,000, JayC decided to take his money and run. For fun, JayC picked Box #9, which would have lost him his $25,000.

In this Million Dollar Spectacular, any contestant coming within $500 of the actual retail price of their Showcase would win both Showcases and would win one million dollars. The television showed a montage of Heelsrules1988's record breaking win of $138,952 in Live Show #13 (Million Dollar Spectacular #2). The show offered golf equipment in the first Showcase because it was the first prize offered on the first aired Million Dollar Spectacular. Hopefully Goldy doesn't get a bunch of angry letters pointing out that, based on production order, the first prize ever offered was actually a desk and computer.. |
